Warranty & Return Policy

All Pavon clocks come with a warranty, which is mentioned clearly on each product page.

The warranty covers issues related to the clock movement mechanism caused by manufacturing defects.

What the warranty does not cover:

• Physical damage after delivery
• Broken acrylic due to dropping or mishandling
• Water damage
• Battery leakage or improper use
• Normal wear and tear

If your clock experiences a covered issue, contact us with your order details, and we'll guide you through the replacement or repair process.

If your clock arrives damaged:

• Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
• Share clear photos of the damaged product and packaging
• We will offer a replacement or refund if a replacement is not available.

If you receive the wrong model:

• Inform us within 24 hours
• We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost

Since our clocks are carefully handcrafted and shipped across Nepal, we cannot accept returns for change of mind or design preference.

If a refund is approved:

• Refunds will be processed promptly
• Refund method will depend on the situation (other agreed method)

• Please ensure someone is available to receive the order.
• Repeated refused COD orders may result in restrictions on future orders.
